Your sponsors' seconds on screen, measured
Vinco Track, in your colours and on your own domain. It reads your broadcast and reports how long each sponsor's logo or name was on screen, per meeting, with every counted second traceable to the frame it came from. You give your sponsors a number they can trust.
What your rights holders and sponsors get
Seconds on screen
Exposure per sponsor, per meeting, precise to the second and broken down by detection method and on-screen placement.
Your brand
The whole portal carries your identity: your colours, your logo, your subdomain. It reads as yours, not ours.
Sponsor logins
Each sponsor signs in and sees only their own results, scoped and logged. No spreadsheets sent by email.
Defensible numbers
Every counted second walks back to the source frame, the parameters, and the exact configuration that produced it.
How it runs, season to season
We set up your portal with your colours, logo and subdomain, and your access groups.
We read your broadcast archive for each meeting window. Your frames stay in your tenant.
Two detectors, text and logo, are fused into one presence timeline. You get on-screen seconds per sponsor.
Your sponsors log in to their own view, or you export the numbers for renewal conversations.
Measurement you can defend
The number is built to survive scrutiny. Detection is precision-biased: when a reading is uncertain it is held for a human to confirm rather than counted, and when two counting methods overlap a second is counted once, never twice. Every run is reproducible from the parameters recorded with it, so the same footage always produces the same report.
- Uncertain detections are review-gated, never counted silently
- Exposure is a union of seconds, so there is no double counting
- Each report is a versioned, frozen record you can re-open
Your brand, your portal
The platform surface carries the tenant's identity, not Vinco's. Your series runs at your own subdomain with your colours and logo, and your sponsors experience it as your product. Access is organised into groups, so a sponsor sees only their sponsorship and a meeting team sees only their meeting.
- Your colours, logo and subdomain across every page
- Role-based access: admin, series, meeting, sponsor, view-only
- Sponsor accounts scoped to their own results by default
Text and logo detection
Wordmarks are read directly from the broadcast, so a sponsor's name is covered from day one with no setup. Logos without readable text are found by trained image models, and the two methods corroborate each other frame by frame. New sponsors are added through a request and approval flow with the cost shown up front.
- Text reading covers named sponsors immediately
- Trained image models find picture-only marks
- New sponsor requests are quoted and approved in the platform
After the event, or live
Run a report on a broadcast window after the fact, or schedule it to start at the window and fill in as the footage lands. Either way you can open any counted second and see the frame behind it, so a sponsor query is answered with evidence rather than assurances.
- Batch analysis of a past broadcast window
- Scheduled runs that progress live during a meeting
- Frame-level review built into every report
Common questions
Whose brand does the platform carry?
Yours. The portal runs at your own subdomain with your colours and logo, and your sponsors use it as your product. The measurement engine underneath is Vinco Track.
How is a sponsor's exposure actually counted?
As the union of every second in which the sponsor's logo or name is on screen, read by two detectors and fused into one timeline. Overlapping detections count a second once, and every counted second links to the frame it came from.
Can our sponsors log in themselves?
Yes. Each sponsor gets an account scoped to their own results, so they see their exposure and nothing else. You keep the full view.
Do you need our raw footage?
We read your broadcast archive for the window being measured. The extracted frames stay within your tenant and are not shared with other tenants.
What if a sponsor has no trained logo model?
Text reading covers any sponsor whose name appears, from day one. For a picture-only mark, an image model is trained for that sponsor before it is counted.
Can we trust the numbers for renewals?
That is the point of the design. Uncertain readings are held for review rather than counted, results are reproducible from recorded parameters, and any figure can be walked back to source frames for a finance team.
