Terms of use
1. Agreement
These terms govern use of Virtual Mixed Zone provided by Vinco Sport Ltd. By using the service you accept them; if you use it for an organisation, you accept on its behalf.
2. The service
We provide the features described on the product page and any agreed statement of work. We may improve or modify the service provided core functionality is not materially reduced during a paid term.
3. Service-specific provisions
- You warrant you hold the rights to publish supplied interviews and to distribute them to your chosen destinations.
- Automated transcripts and translations are provided as a working aid and may contain errors; final accuracy rests with you.
- Uptime targets and event-day support levels are set per package in your order.
- Setup begins when branding, your domain and destination access are provided.
4. Fees & payment
Fees are as quoted or listed on the pricing page, exclusive of VAT, payable within [30] days of invoice. Late amounts may accrue interest at [RATE].
5. Content & IP
You retain rights in your content and grant us the licence needed to operate the service. We retain all rights in our platforms, software and know-how. [ADJUST FOR FOOTAGE RIGHTS]
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful, infringing or abusive use; no attempts to breach security or exceed agreed volumes; compliance with third-party platform rules where the service connects to them.
7. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise each party's aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the previous 12 months; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Term & governing law
